Refund policy
Once you submit a return request through our Customer Service, it generally takes 7 business days for the product to be picked up from your location and another 7 days to initiate the refund after a successful product inspection by our Quality Check department. After the item arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check, which typically takes 2 days. The receipt of the refund will vary based on your chosen payment method.

Note: For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be issued as in-store credits.
If your order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the entire order amount, including any shipping charges if paid online.
For returned orders, please note that order shipping charges and COD handling charges will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at yrusin26@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order, from Monday to Friday between 11 AM and 7 PM.
Please note that some orders are shipped almost immediately, and cancellation may not always be possible.
Any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Important Notes
- The time taken for refunding to Debit and Credit Cards primarily depends on the bank's processing time.
- Banks will send an SMS notification for credit amounts exceeding INR 5,000. For refunds less than INR 5,000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
- In the case of refunds, only the product price will be refunded. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
